私もこの機能欲しいです。(^^;)
偽の notepad.exe を置くやり方だと，Windows2000 では System File Protection
の関係で少々面倒なんですよね。メモ帳トラッパーを使っても同様のはず。

# まぁやろうと思えばセーフモードで置き換えればいいんですが。
