久しぶりに投稿しますが、

Text-to-Speech Engineを使用する際には下記の条件があって、

必ずMS Agentを使わなければならないようです。
個人的には、わざわざMS Agentを表示させてまでText-to-Speech Engine
でテキストを読み上げさせたいとは思いませんです。

SAPIに対応させると他の製品版ソフトの音声エンジンを使うことができる
でしょうけど、そうすると結局Text-to-Speech Engineにも対応することに
なっちゃって、MS Agentは必要かどうか、というややグレーな問題が発生
します。

この問題について、仕事がらみで現在マイクロソフトに問い合わせていま
すが、いつ返事してくれるかわかりません。
